Refund policy

Journi2Success DOES NOT accept REFUNDS after customize items are purchased. If there are issues with your order please contact us WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY OF RECEIVING your order via email at journi2success@gmail.com. Please include picture of the item(s), along with the invoice for the order. If you do not email WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY OF RECEIVING the order, we will not be able to assist you. Refunds are only processed for orders that we CANNOT fulfill.
